Computer Services

Computer services can be provided locally or remotely. Locally, a technician may physically operate the device. Remotely, a technician may log into an end user's computer to analyze an issue. Support can also be provided interactively over the phone, email, or chat.

Computer services are activities that support the implementation, maintenance, operation, cleaning and enhancement of a computer system. The purpose of computer services is to maintain or enhance the operation, processing, storage, networking, management, and the distribution of capabilities of a computer system.
